VOD(Video on Demand is a method of showing our streaming movies instantly. They are delivered in real time on your computer through our networks and servers. Once you purchase our VODs, you will have the option to start watching a movie for 48 hours continously. You can watch and jump through the movie as many times as you wish for that time period.

Your VOD viewing time does not start until the first time you view the movie.

Http Download to Own is a method of purchasing a Digital Playground movie as a digital file to play on your computer instantly, as opposed to ordering a DVD and having it shipped. Download to own files can be burned onto a DVD and played on any Xbox or Playstation 3 console. Downloads also play in itunes, iPads, iPod, iPhones and Apple tvs. Http Download to own is easy to use. Once you have purchased your movie, you will be prompted to download the digital file. Choose a location and once your download is complete, just double click it to watch your movie instantly. iTunes / iPod Download To Own is a method where you can buy a Digital Playground DRM free movie to own forever on for your iTunes which can be synced to your iPhone, iPod or any other supported device.

Simply click on any Digital Playground "Buy for iPod/iTunes" button on the movie page to add your favorite Digital Playground movie to the cart, check out and you will receive a link in the email where you can download the movie to your iTunes. You can also receive the movie link from your "Order History".

When you click on the link, you be prompted to enter your email address and password from your Digital Playground store account. Once you have entered your login information, the iTunes download will automatically place itself in your Podcasts folder and begin to download. To locate your movie, just open iTunes, select "Podcasts" from the left hand navigation movie, and then select your file. There is a 10 day (from date received) return policy on all titles, subject to the following conditions:

• Opened products cannot be returned unless defective.
• Defective items will be replaced with the SAME title only.
• Returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping charges are not refundable.
• Contact Digital Playground before you return your product in order to get an RMA number(return merchandise number). You CANNOT return an item without an RMA number!
• All returns are shipped at the customer’s expense and must be properly insured. Items not insured properly that get lost or damaged in transit, will not be granted credit.
• International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused.
• Because of the nature of the products, novelty items and CD-ROMs may not be returned for any reason.
• The following procedures must be followed or your return shipment will be sent back.
• Include the original invoice received with the product(s) and the RMA number(s).
• All product(s) must be shipped in a box including original cases and covers. Envelopes are NOT accepted.
